What is your privacy policy?
See our Privacy Policy Page. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information is one of our most important assets. Birdhousevillages.com will however, always cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and authorities in any investigations concerning fraud or any type of Internet crime. We store and process your information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.
What are your pricing policies?
We provide the lowest wholesale price possible. We take great pride in our pricing of products and in our servicing of our clients. We do, however, reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
How soon will I get my order?
The product is shipped as soon as the order is processed and payment has been received. Usually your order arrives within 7 to 10 working days depending on shipping service companies. Expedited orders can usually be delivered much faster and have a higher cost. Please consult the "check out" for freight charges details or call us for arrangements.
What is your return policy?
We want all our customers to be happy with their Bird House Villages purchases. Consequently, if you are not satisfied, we will work with you until you are. We do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee under certain circumstances.
How do I track my order?
Click on the "Track Your Order" at the top of the page or click here, put in your order # and it will provide you with the tracking information. Or, alternately, email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where are you located?
We are based out of Macon, Georgia. Our farming communities and our rural southern heritage provide a great backdrop for our Bird House Village products.
Do you have any retail locations?
No. In order to keep our overhead--and consequently your prices--as low as possible, we do not currently have a retail location. However, if you live in Georgia, we can arrange for you to pick up your order if you wish to avoid paying shipping charges.
How are shipping charges calculated?
We do not make money off of shipping. The cost of shipping is calculated by software provided by UPS. Shipping is handled by UPS Ground and shipping charges are based on product weights and the delivery zone of where the order is being shipped. If your shipping costs looks out of line, contact us. In the event that the actual shipping cost varies from the UPS software, we will refund the difference. Should additional charges be required, we will notify you before shipping the item.
